2016 Real Property Forecast

In this episode, Mitch and Mike predict what the real estate market will be like in 2016. To the contrary, the Federal Reserve appears to be on its continued path modest interest rate increases in the U.S. Brevard County has witnessed double digit gains in real property prices over the past year or so, but Mike and Mitch differ in their views on whether such price growth will continue in 2016.
